Roku's mobile app is introducing video streaming, including its new stab at offering paid channels like Showtime and Starz.

Roku is going mobile to take on Amazon Prime Video Channels - CNET

It will probably be hard converting existing Amazon users but so much potential for future cord cutters. While Amazon Video does come with Prime membership, a lot of people either never got Prime or has let their Prime membership expire.

I'm excited about this and will be curious to see how it plays out. We have two Roku devices and a Prime membership. I love my Prime membership and can't see giving it up, but... you never know!
