    So I live in a rural area. I am getting between 7 and 15 down. Which is surprisingly decent for streaming. I would like to watch some 4K but obviously these speeds won't suffice. Can I download 4K content from Google play store , Netflix and Amazon to maybe a shield TV for later viewing?

    Yes this can be done. Google Play will let you download anything you buy. Netflix let’s you download their content for offline viewing. Amazon I’m not sure.
