    I have a Windows 10 box running Kodi. I also have a TV tuner card in the PC. If I use a Roku straming device (not smart TV) connected to the same network as my PC, can I access the OTA channels from my HDTV Antenna through my PC?

    Maybe this Roku app....

    AirTV (search Roku store or internet, I am unable to get the link to work)

    Also IF you are in one of the "cool kid" cities, you can use Locast.

    you could also get an HD Homerun prime 3 (only on e-bay), and use their app (or Plex, not sure if Kodi can embed it) to stream it
