I live 60 miles east of our 4 major network towers and 52 miles southwest from our other networks, my question is why in some parts of the day there are many channels I can't receive. I have 2 4 bay amplified uhf antennas mounted on a 30 foot mast. Also sometimes I'll be watching a channel with a perfect picture when I get the no signal and it may stay that way for hours. Does anyone have any answers ?

Outdoor antennas should be able to reach more channels. Maybe you need to try other antennas to check if its not in the antenna.

You also may want to check and see if there are restrictions on these stations.

For example, some programs that I watched via Spectrum aren't available during parts of the day because they are only accessible via subscription services. Stinks, I know, but it's another way for companies to try and keep you subscribed.
