My Roku Ultra works just fine on Netflix. For Prime and Hulu it refuses to connect without being rebooted. Then, when you are finally connected, there is a better than 50% chance I will lose the feed within 5 minutes of starting a show or movie.

Customer support offers nothing else other than rebooting. After the thrid call today, on my fourth call the IVR advised that a cs representative will call back.

What's happening, and why can't they fix it? I also have a Fire stick that works flawlessly, so it's not my web.

    Well according to this site:

The ultra is for "Heavy streamers | Living rooms & primary TVs | Home theaters", so if your internet is fast enough, the first thing I would recommend, other than a factory reset of the device, is the HDMI cable. Is it 4K / ARC? That will make a difference.
