Most channel based steaming services are free, such as NBC, Food Network, ABC, AMC, etc. Those services usually allow you to watch the most recent few shows broadcasted, as well as a catalog of older shows and seasons. Most also require you to sign in with a provider.

Now CBS on the other hand has a full blown streaming service, with all their back catalog, current shows and a few exclusive show, such as Star Trek Discovery and the reality shows Survivor and Big Brother. They DO offer some free content, including a live feed of your local CBS in some markets.

So my question is, IS CBS All Access worth the extra monthly fee? is access to the entire CBS catalog as well as the exclusives, worth it?
