As I was looking at another service started by THIRTEEN in NY, I took a look at the service provided by PBS called Passport.

If you go to PBS.org/video and then select your local PBS station, you will have the opportunity to join Passport. The way PBS is framing this service is unique, as they are including this if you pledge to support your local PBS station for $5/month or $60/year.

The service has extended episode access for many shows that have been PBS mainstays, like This Old House, Austin City Limits, Great Performances, Frontline, and even every episode of Downton Abbey. There are plenty of shows and episodes that are not part of PBS's deal with Amazon for Prime Video programming.

If you are a fan of the drama and art programming of PBS, this is a good way to support your local PBS station. Best part, NO TELETHONS!!!
